If you have placed on order and you want to check its status, you can view this from Saul’s account.
Step 1 - Go to My Customer Account.
Step 2 - Login with your email and password.
Step 3 - Click on My Shoot Videos.
Click on the Download button next to your order. You have 30 days to download and save your Shoot video. After 30 days, your Shoot video will be deleted permanently from our servers.
