ONLINE POLICY
If you were incorrectly sent an item or size you did not order, we will gladly resend you the correct item once we receive the other item back. Otherwise, no refunds will be given since all shirts are custom made for you. We will email you a label to ship it back to us provided the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. No refunds are allowed on any items unless you receive the incorrect item or size. Exchanges for different sizes or items is not allowed. Measurements are available on each item. Once items leave our facility we are no longer responsible for the item.
RETAIL STORE POLICY
Everything in our store is owned by a wrestler or organization. Once items are printed, the wrestlers or organizations are paid. For that reason we cannot give any refunds on merchandise. We will gladly exchange your merchandise if you need a different size. If the style of shirt does not fit you correctly, we will print it on a different style that fits you. If there is a misprint or your design is crooked we will replace your shirt.
